“We stayed at this Hyatt property in Texas for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations.
We didn’t get room service for two of our three days — and when it did finally happen, the service itself wasn’t great either. The bed sheets and blanket were poorly made, not properly tucked or adjusted. On top of that, water pressure in the shower was weak, and the shower gel dispenser was empty for the entire stay.
For the price point of a Hyatt, I expected much...
