“They have an onsite gym but it doesn’t open until 8am, so wasn’t able to access it before leaving for work commitments. Breakfast was the low point, pretty greasy and unappetizing. Nowhere to sit even if the table were unoccupied as they were so sticky and dirty. The rest of the hotel was spotless so it was a little surprising. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall good experience.”

“Considering this is a RCI resort, I would have been disappointed with the cleaniness, comfort, communication or amenities if I had paid any more than what I found for a last minute deal on Expedia.
Check in not great, dirty towels on floor in front of our room upon arrival and through our stay, game room couldn't be used by new stayers, definitely not able to sleep on sleeper sofa if more than young child. More than likely would not return.”

“The bar in the lobby with all the seating was a great place for our group to gather. One night someone ordered pizza and that was great, not having to go out. I ordered it the next night and the only problem was that someone not part of our group thought it was free and tried to take off with one. We got it back.”

“Water leak caused water to be shut off during the night. We were told they were waiting for maintenance to come in at 8:30 am. No showers, no toilets, no sense of urgency from the staff.
TV barely functioned. Not the first time we've experienced this at this hotel in the past year. We were told the problem would be addressed but clearly that was lip service. Rethinking using this hotel on our periodic trips in the future.
