“The hotel was clean and the room had some nice amenities with the larger fridge and microwave. The air conditioning was wonderful and my view with the balcony was nice. However, I was in the West Tower and everything is in a different tower, including the front desk. None of the restaurants or gift shop took cash. There were machines to change cash into cards. “Check in took a while as there was only one person working. The room door was ajar when we got to it but the room was clean and fully stocked with towels and toiletry items.The only thing missing was sheets and blankets for the pull out twin mattress. “It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.”

“Sheets had disgusting stains on them, hair on “clean” towels and the bathroom was digusting and clearly had not been cleaned. The front desk lady was RUDE, all we did was ask for another sheet and 2 pillows instead of making her come up and fix and and she was still rude. Shower curtain smelled, and their hot tub apparently isn’t working right so you have to turn the jets off yourself. Fine, no big deal. So we get out and are literally drying off and here she comes to turn the jets off....

“The rooms seemed updated but we had a lighter, old dirty towel left in our room when we got there. Our air conditioning unit leaked all over the ground so half the room was a pond, when you walked on it, the water splashed. We had a 2 towels put down to soak up the water which was brown. We asked for maintenance and it wasn’t taken care of until the second time we asked. They supposedly fixed it and put another towel down and the second towel was soaked after an hour. Not a good stay at all.”

“The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.”
