The hotel is certainly a bit older but it has great facilities and a luxe feeling. The location was great - very close to malls and attractions. The only downside was the room service but would definitely stay again.”

“A beautiful room for one night but not really a hotel I’d personally stay again. Friendly staff, but a few of the room amenities were broken like the light bulbs- for the cost I’d rather stay somewhere else but it’s a good location. Also after laundry service I discovered that one of my shirts I just bought is now stained with bleach which can’t be changed. Overall, it was ok but nothing to shout about other than the beautiful aesthetic of the room.”

“Staff fantastic, hotel quite dated, but excellent breakfast. No mention of the rooftop bar being closed for renovation! We were looking forward to that. Our room was not clean - dust on a lot of surfaces and the fridge-freezer desperately needed de-icing. We had to keep asking for things like soap, towels, and toilet paper as there wasn't enough. The soaps were tiny so we ended up buying our own. There is a school right across from the hotel so we were woken up by the outdoor assembly (with...
