“The beach view is incredible. You could not ask for a better view. The resort is family friendly, we had so much fun. We didn’t have much dealing with staff other than at gate checkins and they were all wonderful. The condo was clean enough. It had dust in the vents that we actually worried about and the washer/dryer combo was a bit rundown as are the appliances. The microwave was broken and you had to juggle it around to get it to work. “Upon arrival we noticed the parking was terrible, very tight signage wasn’t great to figure out where you were supposed to park. The elevators were down the first day which made doing anything nearly impossible unless you wanted to tackle 16 flights of stairs. “Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf”
