“None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. Neither dryer was able to dry the clothes. The clothes were saturated with water. It took us 4 hours to complete the tasks of cleaning our clothes. “Extremely outdated with dirty, stained, musty, carpet in the halls and rooms. Every inch in the hotel could use a remodel. Pool was very dirty and staind Everywhere. Breakfast was ok nothing to get excited about. We stayed 4 day and was extremely hard just to get some fresh towels. Ac works extremely well in our room.”

“There was only a bar soap in the shower . Very noisy and the room had the window open when I got there I couldn’t reach to close the blinds. They were open on the second floor.”

“The room had a smell like mold , termites were flying everywhere. The staff was rude and the pool was down.”

“Got there Saturday for a weeks vacation. First night was terrible due to fatigue with the residents upstairs kids running wild to 2am &,wouldn’t answer the phone when the front desk called. Sunday was exhausting. Smelled refer being smoked in and around during the week. However all in all once the weekenders left it was a pleasant stay. Went to check out the indoor pool and the chemical smell would burn your eyes. Walked right back out. My advice is arrive Sunday and leave Friday morning....

“The room itself was fine. But the bathroom with the toilet and shower was awful! Peeling paint and loose moulding which indicated prior water damage. The frame & track for the shower door was mending with what looked like packing tape. The bathroom smelled strongly of bleach and it looked like there was mold growing behind the door. We left the door closed with the fan running all night to reduce the exposure!”
