“The staff was nice but the jacuzzi wasnt working during spring break when its 60 degrees out, I saw a roach in the room, and the complimentary shampoo and body wash were completely out. Overall the stay was okay but the place is definitely run down. The pictures make it seem a lot nicer than it is, especially if you are “across the street “ from the beach, those ones were not even as decent as the ocean view rooms ”

“Positives: Great location, great view from room and balcony. Negatives: Heating unit does not automatically turn off with temperature setting. Unit has very few utensils. Only 2 cups for a three night stay. No wine glasses. Very few charging outlets. The ones available are far away from the bed. No facial tissues. Light switch for one of the bedside lamps did not work.”

“Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers...
