“Down town is sketchy so I would use the valet parking because it is secure. It can be a bit of a wait for your car so make sure you call down for it before leaving. The breakfast area is huge so makes it convenient for large families or people with strollers. They also offer 2 free drinks for each adult from 5-7 in the same area as well as finger food snacks, simple nachos, veggies and ranch etc. the soda machine is also available if you have kids during that time. “I absolutely loved this place. It’s over a hundred years old but doesn’t feel old. It was in a great location that allowed me to walk pretty much anywhere I wanted. The art in the lobby and framed photos through the hotel were a really nice touch. I loved the amenities here, especially the free pinball machines and nightly craft beer hour! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time visiting Portland and I can’t wait to get back and will definitely stay at Hotel Lucia...

“Staff might have been the kindest & most accommodating I’ve ever encountered by a hotel, and I’ve stayed at a variety of places including Westin, Four Seasons, the Marriott, & other boutique hotels but the valet, bell hops, & front desk staff were all super kind & accommodating. Super clean, public transportation right in front, walkable, comfy bed. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the TV in the room next to me was right against my headboard so I could hear the TV when I was trying to fall...

“Upon arrival they asked me for a cc as a guarantee. it appeared that my 3 credit cards were declined. I offered to leave cash. I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...

“This hotel was incredible and looked like a pretty hoppin wedding venue as we saw 3 beautiful brides within our 12hr stay!!! The valet parking was fantastic and our driver helped us with our luggage!!! I highly recommend this place😍”

“Great location and valet parking made it easy to have a secure place for the car with all the luggage inside. Very quiet, even thought the hotel is in a buddy area. Well filled fridge, with unusual interesting drinks. Good coffee maker…but the “welcome” on a $13 artisan water bottle, made me grinch…the Italian restaurant “Amari” down stairs made the stay perfect. ”
