“One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby...

“What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish on what was a very good overnight stay. ”

“This hotel was perfect for my work trip to Akl. It had blinds that blocked all light, a super comfy bed, great shower, and was really quiet - these are my must haves for work travel. In addition the location was great, staff were wonderful and the room was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Poor customer service- my partner was dismissed and turned away. His phone was taken from him for ID processing and he was mistreated. We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. We will not be staying again and reccommend somewhere else for better customer service. ”
