“The sign in the bathroom stated the room will be cleaned every other day and will be supplied with fresh towels and needed supplies. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights and my room was not touched.”

“The manager double booked our room with a couple that had came in right before us, and when she gave us the new key. Wrote the wrong room number down so we had to figure it out on our own. The complementary breakfast wasn’t available nor even brought up but we were charged for it”

“Upon arrival 4:10pm my rooms were not ready for check in. We were given the keys but when we got to the room they were still being cleaned. We had to wait 45 minutes before one of the rooms were even available. The walls were moldy. Ceiling was damaged. The bathtub was dirty stained. The bathroom walls were molded. Room had a stale smell. One room we woke up to water bugs on the floor. Overall disgusting!!! Would never ever again!!!!!”

“Overall, good stay, staff was great. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of our room. Room has a slight odor that you got use to quickly, realized it was from the air conditioner. The room definitely could use some cleaning, looked like they just did a quick wipe down of the bathroom counter and that was it. I ended up buying disinfectant wipes and wiping down the dresser, desk and bathroom.”

“Booked this hotel, received my confirmation, when I arrived they said they were full! Had to find other accommodations, so not satisfied at all with Super 8. The hotel could've at least called, texted, or emailed, to let me know there had been a mistake made in my booking, but I was blindsided the day of my check in.”

“The hotel is in a decent location if you need to go to the university. There is a DD 2 minutes walk, stores and ATM. It can be tricky to find your room at first. The hotel is dated, I wouldn’t stay more than 2 nights. The rooms (I booked 2) could be cleaned better. I interacted with a couple staff members and it was fine. At this price range do not expect much more. I would only recommend if its for 1 maybe 2 nights if you are visiting or have business with the university.”
