“30 mins before check in we were informed of a burn ban that had been in effect for several days- not being able to have a campfire was a huge bummer and this info should have been shared earlier. Because of the ban I asked for our destination fee back-it’s a $30 day fee for firewood and “curated snacks” which was a bag of popcorn and instant oatmeal and some smores. I felt that since we couldn’t have a fire the fee should be refunded because the cabin is right our plan had been some campfires...

“Mike greeted us at check-in. He was over-the-top excellent, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Bravo! The breakfast offering was underwhelming, we skipped it on Sunday and Monday.”
