“This Bay City location has the BEST staff of any hotel we have booked. They were kind, courteous, professional and responded immediately to any request, question or issue we brought to their attention. Staff rates 10 out of 10! It appears this hotel has recently been sold and the on site GM and maintenance director were let go soon thereafter. The overall hotel and our room were clean, neat but needed attention to replacement/maintenance issues. Our room's carpet was damp and musty..black...

“We booked 2 rooms. Room #1 The first room they put us in had moldy food running down the nightstand and onto the carpeting. They moved us to another room which had broken furniture and black mold in one corner. Room #2 Also had broken furniture and didn’t have hot water. They told them to shower in a different room which was nice and had new flooring in it. Why we didn’t get updated rooms is a mystery to me. It seems there were a lot of contractors staying there. “We had to leave after only one night and the Manager helped adjust our bill which many properties would not have. We will be staying at the Drury Inn next year when we travel to Frankenmuth, Michigan.”

“Room was clean and neat, check in at midnight was easy, breakfast had a nice touch with the blueberry jam along with the syrup and sprinkles.”

“Sa;rah at the front desk gave us a lovely room at the end of the hallway. It was amazing for the view and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay,. Elijah made a very nice espresso martini that we sipped while watching the sun set over the river. ”

“My room was very clean, and very close to Saginaw state University. I was so happy to find this hotel after a long day at a conference and cancelling two other hotels. The grounds were nice but needs a little landscaping cleanup. I was very happy with my stay , that would be my only tip”

“Our room was right beside the parking lot door. The door was broken, so it slammed every time. Upon leaving, I noticed a bug on the bed. This makes me very nervous. It resembles a bed bug, however we only saw the one.”

L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”
