“Friendly staff, spacious room”

“I love the convience of this hotel. Something has changed of late, since I stayed last month. The outside trash cans were overflowing and trash was everywhere. It smelled so badly. Something needs to be done to correct this. ”

“No parking on property. But there is a parking garage 1 block away ”

“The place was clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. Had to change room because door was missing the keeper so it wouldn’t lock when you weren’t there. Only could lock with deadbolt while inside. They changed our room without any hassle & promptly. Very very nice people. The room could use a chair or 2 for relaxing because only had 1 office type chair. Had to sit on bed. TV too high for watching from bed. ”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
