“Breakfast food did not appear freshly cooked, minimal selections, mostly carbs and minimal protein. Problem with the tub draining while showering with water as high as ankle deep during the showers. Notified staff who stated we need to go through Expedia to get any compensation. ”

“I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays.”

“After we turned off the AC it was probably the quietest hotel room we have ever stayed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and refreshing.”

“We had an amazing stay here. The location was beautiful and easy to find. The views were great-- the river in the back and the old train tracks in front (which would have been great for an industrial photo shoot of we had time). It was also central to everywhere we wanted to go near Cherokee and Bryson City. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful-- I accidentally left my portable charger while checking in and didn't realize until the end of my trip. Believe it or not, they still had it!!...
