“This was a comfortable stay. The people were very pleasant and the room was clean. The hotel is definitely dated but again clean and well managed. The bed was one of the best I had stayed in the last few years.”

“Check in was pleasant. The pool and hot tub are not open at this time. That was not listed online. The room smelled of urine and cigarettes. One of the beds had blood on the blanket. The key cards had to be reset every time you walked out of the room. The vending machines were out of order. The cleaning crew was waiting outside our door for us to hurry up and leave. Breakfast was decent.Again, front staff was very pleasant! The evening shift clerk, at check in, went above and beyond to help with...

“Very convenient and budget friendly hotel for visiting Bryson City area. Desk clerk very accommodating to motorcycle riders, directed us to parking where bike would be visible from room, which is important!! Hot breakfast was good. We are local travelers and will be back soon. ”

“This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area.”

“The check in process took forever. The lady at the front was friendly but new and had no idea what she was doing. While standing there and she was calling for help i watched german roaches climb on the desk through her folder holder. Once we got to our room it was ok. Cleanish...shower was gross. Ashtray out on back porch was full of used cigarettes and the seats were very worn in. Will not stay here again. ”
