“Great stay. Lovely rooms and staff.”

“Overall my partner and I had a lovely stay! My only issue was checking in and out. Upon checking in the garden rooms check in was closed, it stated on the door to go to main reception to check in - which was no issue. The only hitch was there was a wedding party getting photos at reception so we couldn’t check in as we didn’t want to be in the way. We then phoned reception and they stated that they would send someone down to the garden room’s reception…we waited for 30 mins and no one showed. So...

“Really nice welcome at check in. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff and service in the bar, casual dining and at breakfast were all good. Lovely food in the casual dining area. The only things we could fault were a loose toilet seat and the flush was difficult to use. The bathroom window didn’t open so everything in there was wet with steam the whole time ”

“We booked this last minute trip to Northumberland. We have driven past often during summer holidays and were looking for a hotel for a few nights. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent. The room was spotless but a little small, however as we only booked the night before we thought we were lucky to get a room!! Embleton is close to lots of attractions, close to the beach and Alnwick and Craster. It’s great value for the price and we will definitely be back.”

“I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Perfect location between Barter Book and the Playhouse with bus stop right outside. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice patio outside to enjoy summer evenings. Not fancy, but if your tastes are simple and you want an affordable base from which to explore the area, this is the place for you. ”
