“Hotel vecchio, aria condizionata con temperatura troppo bassa, teli da bagno insufficienti di numero, saponi da bagno insufficienti ”

“This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.”

“I expected the quality to be somewhat low, but what concerned me most was the lack of safety. When we arrived at the parking lot, there were three men smoking marijuana, and they even approached us offering food and trying to talk to us. I don’t understand why the hotel does not manage people gathering in the parking area and allows guests to be affected like this. It felt very unsafe, and I could not even leave the room. I was also worried that our car might be stolen, so I could not sleep...

“The location is perfect for families visiting West Point for Reporting Day or any academy event. Parking was easy and free, the rates were very affordable, and the delicious hot breakfast included each morning made our stay an even better value. We also loved the unlimited coffee and tea available in the lobby—it was a wonderful touch that we looked forward to every day. A special thank you to Stella at the front desk and the entire team for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable....

“Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. Due palazzine a piano singoli e una palazzina a due piani. Tipico da serie telefilm 😅… Colazione pessima … Personale che si dà fare con quel che ha.”
