“I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means.”

“Well, first of all the woman at the front desk was not very friendly and not very informative about places to eat. The hallways were dirty. The room was dirty. The toilet didn’t work. It was extremely loud in our room. We heard everyone else I could hear TVs from other rooms people walking by all through the night. The walls were paper thin also the breakfast was horrible just bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee. Do not go there.”

“I loved this place! Some colleagues were staying at boring, soulless places, like the Ritz, but I chose this because it looked really authentic and homely. It was my first time in Florida and I was really happy sipping my beer, listening to the country music from the next door bar and feeling like I was on holiday, even though I was there for work!
Breakfast was good - always some proteins, yoghurt, fruit and sweet stuff on offer. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable. The local area...

“Quaint B&B nestled in a quaint town. Building is historic therefore room was a little on the small size however the other spaces on property made the room only necessary for sleeping.
