“Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.”

“I booked the room for the Amelia Concours. While the stay was relatively pleasant and uneventful, there were a few issues. There were many pros but as many cons. This review highlights the painpoints. Where they skimped was the bath towels - felt like sandpaper. You'd think a hotel like Marriott would spend a little more for better, softer towels, but that's not the case. I'm sure that was an accountant's decision.
