“You are renting a time share, and staying in someone else's place, with their furniture, flat screen TV, cable, etc. The unit I rented had folk with good taste, two bedrooms , each with its own private bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen, with a large balcony overlooking an endless beach directly on the Atlantic ocean. We kept the balcony doors closed as the sound of the surf was pretty intense. The complex has six stories, we were on the second floor. There are elevators. All units...

“This property is an incredible value. It certainly has some age on it, but it's super clean and so very convenient to the beach. There's also a lovely beachside pool. The price can NOT be beat. I love the old Florida vibe. Wonderful restaurant just across the road too. ”
