“While a clean and comfortable property, the walk to the beach was difficult for my husband who has minor mobility issues. The continental breakfast was minimal and probably should just have gone unmentioned. We paid a good bit for beach access that could not be used by my husband.”

“Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. ”
