The outside looks okay but upon reviewing other families reviews we booked it. The pool was probably the nicest hotel pool we’ve ever had and our rooms were nicely updated and felt very clean. The breakfast was very small but the pancake maker is all the kids cared about anyways. Would definitely book here again!

Fridge didn’t work. Staff did nothing to fix or replace it. Traveling with an infant made no fridge a bit of a problem.

The indoor pool facility was very attractive even though we arrived late and were unable to use it. We enjoyed the breakfast provided as well.

The staff is super friendly which is a great way to start your stay the pool and hot tub are perfect for the kids to get out some energy.

I booked a room for 23 March and I told the sweet old lady at the front desk over the phone that I had a credit card on file but I was gonna pay with cash and she knew it was my wedding day and I would be there between nine and 11 when I did get there a wreck guy that was working that Saturday said that my room was already taken by somebody else. Very dissatisfied for that.

The room we had was right next to the stairs and back door and there was constant loud slamming and people running up stairs. The people in the room above us were super loud too . We dident get any sleep.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room had updated furnishings that were clean, convenient. All amenities worked, in particular hot tub which is often listed in other motels but not working. Easy access from freeway.

The hotel is definitely dated, but our room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The evening night clerk was awesome!! Unfortunately the breakfast was pretty much nonexistent & the outside grounds were a bit unkempt. But, overall I would stay again as it was much more affordable than the fancy new hotels!

Great service at check in - not a lot in the area….however the room is clean and bed is comfortable so that’s all that really matters on an overnight stay

A mirror was broken in the room. Also rooms are only cleaned every three days and clean towels are not provided daily. There was a cockroach in the pool area.

We found a cockroach in our room. They also do not clean the rooms daily. Rooms are only cleaned on the 3rd day and they will refuse to clean the rooms more than that.

This was my second time at this hotel. The rooms are clean. But our favorite part of this place is the pool and hot tub. Clean, well-kept and indoors so usable year round.

Best of the best
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Always checking in and making sure everything was fine while we were in the pool, asked what kind of music we wanted to listen to. Breakfast was delicious and so easy to serve. The room was HUGE and quiet, beds were comfy. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff were very helpful. Nice clean motel close to restaurants and an outlet mall, just off I 5. We don’t usually rate this high but it was quite nice.

The staff was incompetent. Took forever and had to have the manager help. The room was was over priced dirty and unsafe. The door wouldn't close all the way. No way to lock it from inside. Dirt in the floor, cup rings on the tables. Carpet had not been vacuumed,and the tub was dirty. They sent someone to my room to sign a receipt with no total on it! $143.55 for my 3 hours of sleep in the noisy unsafe dirty room! No thanks! They couldn't even give me a receipt the next morning, it would have all zeros on it he said! I am a disabled 100 pound woman traveling alone because my grandson was in UCDAVIS. Thanks for making a horrible trip worse!

Nice rooms, but major management issues
My rating concerned several things. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for the managers/owners. We had to leave a day early because our family came down sick and one of us was immune compromised. We checked out by the 11AM checkout time. Normally, in my experience, the hotel would take that into account and in goodwill refund our last day. I called and the owners/managers and have not heard back from them in over 3 weeks. Very disappointed that they would not contact me to discuss a refund, Just completely ignored. I would expect this from Wyndham, but maybe this is normal. Another sensitive issue is that they provide the cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen. We visit the area frequently and won't stay here again, despite the nice rooms. You can do better Wyndham!

Great find near Redding California
For a reasonably priced hotel, this was superb valve. Clean, and friendly people. Our only complaint was we did not have our bathing suits for the indoor pool and dpa.

I never recievied my refund. They have zero idea what they are doing at this place. DO NOT BOOK and don’t use Expedia.

I would be more than happy to help you with your refund. If it was for a deposit, I am able to assist you, however if it's regarding your reservation you would need to go directly through Expedia as we do not collect your money for the booking.

When we arrived around 9pm Mike was working at the front desk and he was amazing, in the morning I witnessed a guest was checking out and she was asking for her deposit back the morning stuff denied her the deposit back because she didn’t have her receipt even Mike written down any way I didn’t stay to see if she got her deposit back, I hope she got it back, by the way she showed them her ID.

The suite I booked hot tub was leaking so they had the room closed and only other had one other suite available due to the other one door not working.

We have stayed in a lot of hotel/motels along the I5 corridor and this was the best. The staff both Bree and Mike were amazing. Polite, attentive and fun to talk to. Definitely our go to at least 4 times a year

Check in was easy and pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised that the hours for the pool and hottub allowed us time to use them, we hadn't expected to have the opportunity due to the hour we checked in. The room was nice, clean and spacious.
