“Property itself was great, its on top of a pizza place (good pizza spot) but you can hear the music from downstairs (only an issue if you dont like music). Only one parking spot so plan ahead - I would book again. Not related to the property but the management company could have been more helpful - we were only staying at the property for one night and we asked for a late check out, never heard back. “We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and spacious and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Anna Maria Island - walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had no issues during stay, but I would suggest guests to first get an inventory of what the house provides and doesn't provide before going to the grocery store. “Quiet, cozy stay just a short walk to the beach or gulf. This place is perfect if you want to enjoy the quieter side of St Pete, namely Pass A Grille, yet close enough to plenty of activities and amenities. There was plenty of information for folks new to the area and for the check in process and during your stay.
