“All was great”

“I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue. The view from my balcony overlooked construction dumpsters and debris instead of the beautiful surroundings. For a room...

“Everything was great. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were great and clean. The only thing I wish it had was breakfast included. They leave snacks and drinks in the room which is awesome (but it can get expensive so plan ahead).”

“Very nice the only issue was the bathroom did not have an active exhaust fan and the bedroom lamp was flickering and damaged.”

“The place was great except they put us in room 143 which was for pet friendly. Smelled terrible. They made up for it the next day and placed us in a new room, clean and great! We would stay again”

“Yall know yall wrong for putting a 42” tv in these rooms. At minimum, you could install a 50”. The tv lighting was super dim, could only watch at night. Outside of those things, the room was cozy and close to a few food spots.”

“I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Elevator smelled like mold veryyyy bad and bathroom as well. The hallways smelled like weed.”

“客室は清潔で必要なものは全てそろっていました。 明るく清潔でしたが、お願いしていた部屋とは違った気がします。予約した部屋は写真ではもう少し広い部屋だったとおもいます。でも午前中にお部屋に入る事ができたのとあとから部屋変えをするのも面倒だったので、良しとしました。 BBQもできたし、スーパーマーケットも近くにあり便利でした。 ただ、洗濯に少し手間取りましたが、結果問題なくできたのでよかったです。 朝食も良かったです。 スタッフも親切でした。”
