“The entire facility was clean. The breakfast was fresh and hot. Parking was also good. The room was clean and welcoming with a hot shower”

“We had an unexpected layover due to a canceled flight. Since we did not have our luggage, the staff kindly provided all of the necessary toiletries for us at no additional charge. You were very kind and concerned. The place was beautiful and the rooms were well adorned. We will stay here again someday.”

“Estuve 3 noches, pero me estrese un poco el gym out of order, y pues necesitaba para estirar mi cuerpo despues de varias horas en una convención y afuera lloviendo, fue un poco estresante. Cada dia tenía que bajar a Front desk para que me activarán la llave y el domingo por la tarde me di cuenta que no avisaron que cambiarían los escaner de las llaves y mi puerta no cerraba, no faltaba nada pero viajando sola es estresante. “I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. Because I was concerned about getting a room to stay I made another reservation at a Holiday Inn, and someone was able to come get me. When I asked for...

“Our room had recently been renovated and super close to our destination, will stay again”

“El cuarto estaba bastante limpio pero muy descuidado. Para viajar uno solo, es un poco wear. El piso del baño muy quebrado, y pues el señor de la recepción muy poco atento a explicar donde estaba el gym, por atender otros clientes. El gym estaba descuidado, sin toalla.”

“The rooms are clean but the rest of the hotel is dirty. The elevator is scary gross and makes lots of noise. They forget housekeeping when asked.”

“Loved the jetted tub! Breakfast was great! Parking was very convenient. Beds were comfy. Very quiet and convenient location. The manager who checked us in was super nice and was always asking how our stay was going. She was always busy cleaning and keeping the breakfast area stocked. Thank you. Would have given 5 stars but our son used the gym and said several of the machines were broke. Also, the carpet needs replaced in 119, there are several holes in it and there was a slight urine? odor.”

“The bathroom rood was leaking water and the light in the bathroom was blinking, the AC was making loud voice, and bathroom was smelling bad because if the leaking water, not sure what kind of water it was.”
