“ The hotel was very short-staffed, which resulted in us having to wait about 2 hours past check-in before we could get into our room. The staff was very nice and were working hard to meet our needs. They did upgrade us to a suite. The next morning they kept running out of coffee and the breakfast was not up to par.”

“The staff and manger were unprofessional. The air conditioner in the room was so loud we couldn't sleep. No hair dryer was provided i had to call and get one. The room was nice but didnt make up for the rude staff. Terrible experience.”
