“Great little location far and away out of the bustle, car highly recommended for location or Uber it. Food there is a great pub called the Post Office great food and craft beer.”

“Nice welcome from Levi on the front desk of the Hotel. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and it simply ticks all the boxes. Great staff, nice rooms, good restaurant and the hotel is located to all of Auckland City’s major attractions.”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable. “I liked the property it wasn't too bad. However all the windows in the room were jammed I couldn't get them opened. The couple that were opened when we arrived we couldn't get closed. No one came to clean the room so we had no towels and no toilet paper. But overall I was still positive about the stay and it was cheap. 😊”

“Lively little place to stay a night close to the airport. Needs a few maintenance issues sorted but for the price and a comfy bed and free airport shuttle- can not complain. Staff are always super friendly too. 3rd stay there- so recommend them”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“We booked the hotel because it advertised a buffet breakfast, and the photos online looked fantastic. However, when we arrived for breakfast, there was no buffet available and we were told to order from the menu instead. (We had paid for the buffet at booking - as it was advertised) I ordered the eggs Benedict with salmon, but it arrived with bacon instead. My wife ordered toast with bacon, but her meal arrived without any bacon. The staff took both meals back to the kitchen and appeared to...
