“We stayed here using some Tesco vouchers to pay for the stay. We booked a Superior Balcony Room for one night. Check-in was very friendly and quick, and we were walked to our room by the receptionist. The room was lovely, but we did discover an issue with the electronic lock — it wouldn’t lock when we went to leave. We reported it to reception, and someone came to have a look at it quite quickly. “We were so impressed with the standard of service we received - thanks to all the staff! We requested an early check in so that we could get changed in time for going to a wedding nearby, and nothing was a problem. The welcome we received each time we returned to the hotel was warm and genuine. The breakfast was delicious too. Again, it was no problem at all when we requested some vegan items. Nothing and no one could have been better!”

“the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. ”
