“It takes A LOT for me to write a bad review, but to say that I was disappointed is an understatement. Disappointed that Expedia doesn't use discernment when choosing which hotels they promote, disappointed that my family didn't feel safe enough to even go inside the lobby, disappointed that I spent what I consider to be a considerable amount of money for a hotel room that wasn't even used, and disappointed that what was supposed to be a fun trip to watch a bowl game turned into a stressed out...

“The hotel was great! It was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming!! I felt safe here also. I don’t know if the hotel was new or recently remodeled. But if it was recently remodeled, it was done so well that the place felt and looked new!”

I will stay there every time I travel to the area. It's reassuring to know the stay will be exactly like it's been every time before. This is a very well-run and well-maintained property. Excellent!”
