“Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

“Breakfast and breakfast crew were amazing. On the hotel:The staff were helpful and the rooms were generally clean but just a bit run down. For example:Someone had ripped the shampoo bottle out of the shower and it wasn't replaced. Would stay there again because it was a good value for what it was.

“The good: Room was clean; loved the shower; great shampoo & conditioner
The not so good: There was no butter for the toast, English Muffins, etc.; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the room; the check-in clerk was not very friendly. I didn't like the way the side snack room was set up.
Not the fault of the hotel, but the Bayfront Parkway is under construction and I had a terrible time following the detour back to the hotel in the dark.”
