“There is no way to securely lock the door inside the room. No deadbolt. There was dog hair on the sheets.”

“When we checked in, they said "no smoking and if you do, you will be fined $250." We do not smoke, but when we walked into our room, it smelled of smoke. I went to open the window (ground floor) and there were numerous cigarette butts outside the window, sitting there in the dirt. “Staff was very friendly checking us in there. Dinner drinks from 530 to 7. That came with excellent breakfast in the morning so we saved a lot of money not now I would recommend it.”

“Pool was shut down but otherwise great stay! Truck and trailer parking which was a plus! Great breakfast with multiple options that started at 6am! Nice place, clean safe secure would definitely stay again!!”

“I know it was a graduation weekend but for how expensive the room was, there wasn’t a lot. The pool was closed. The breakfast was just okay with them constantly running out of items while the staff chatted in the kitchen with the door open. The room itself was banged up with the bathroom door not locking, a hinge being broken on the cupboard, and a lot of scratches. Not to mention only two cups in the room. “The area around the hotel has a lot to offer for eating and shopping. The room and beds were very comfortable. The front desk person was very nice. Breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold food items. We would definitely stay here again on our way through!”

“I thought the themes and art, decorations in the room were nice. It was fairly clean. The bathroom needed much more improvement, rust shower curtain rack, door wouldn’t close and the smell of mildew was disturbing in the bathroom. The breakfast was not replenished and waffle mix was out by 8:00 AM, even though breakfast hours ended at 9:00. Staff was never at the front desk, there was always a sign up saying they’d be back in 10 minutes. Disappointing stay.”

“The room was not clean. The mattress cover had mold on it, the shower was dirty, the toilet was dirty and had some pee on it. The door outside wouldn’t shut all the way so it was a safety hazard. HOWEVER the staff was amazing and gave us a full refund.”

Downside is their oven was broken (on the weekend that Rose-Holman had their graduation?🤔🤔 the rooms have been reserved for 6 months and all they have is a continental breakfast for all their guests? And the trash cans were literally overflowing. Not impress e d. You can do better Holiday Inn.”
