“Front Desk Clerk Lori was amazing, extremely welcoming after a long day. Fabulous smile, recommended a great place to eat. As well as change my room assignment for my personal needs. She is a wonderful individual. We need more people like her in this world. Hotel was excellent, clean and remodeled beautifully. I will definitely be staying there again. When I am in town for my business trips. Thank you 🙏”

“No the initial housekeeper was not good. Did not fold extra blanket used for 2 nights. Did not replace toiletries. Did not provide towel for kitchen or refill coffee pods! Once Rosita showed up to do the room; all was well! ”
