“The gentleman who checked us in was kind and friendly. We had to move rooms due to a toilet issue, and he was quick to get us into another room. The room was clean and had basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a small hair dryer, a small coffee maker, soap, and one cosmetic makeup wipe), including plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds were comfortable, with pillow options. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. The only negative thing is the carpet tiles. I tripped...

“Room was clean. Team was friendly. Could use an update. But that’s just esthetics. We don’t stay to hang out in the hotel. So that didn’t bother me. Everything worked as it should. Hot water pressure is great.. ”

“There were multiple problems with my room. I have pictures to prove everything. I did not go to the front about anything because when I checked in they were telling another customer all rooms were filled and I knew they would not be able to switch me to a better room and I did not have time to book at a different hotel. When I walked in the room it smelled. After inspection I think it was the chair near the window. The floor at the kitchen was so sticky my shoes were sticking to it. I had to...

“Not enough parking .”

“I was very surprised. The facility was very run down. The room had a kitchenette absolutely no items to use in the kitchen. No mugs no glasses no plates no silverware. Nothing to make coffee or tea not even a roll a paper towels. The best thing about my room was the bed. I will never book there again.”

“This is an ideal place to stay for a trip to Raleigh. Property is clean staff is very helpful and there was great parking. Good distance from downtown area as well. No complaints about our stay. ”
