“This place is great, staff is friendly! Depending on what bungalow you’re in there may be some loud music on certain nights, but we stayed there Friday and Saturday, only heard music Friday night and it was done before 2am. Lots of great restaurants nearby and shopping, plenty to do! Beaches, surfing, etc. Great tacos across the street at Lolitas and awesome cocktails at Zubi on the corner.”

“Great stay. What a view from 9th floor of the city and waterway. Room was small but efficient. Rooftop bar is awesome. Close to the airport with great, free shuttle service. Rates are reasonable.”

“We had such a wonderful experience at the Niman Conceptual Home. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. I can also tell you how amazing the breakfast was, if you opt for it. The Thai and Western breakfasts are done so well and they the portions are grand. They’ll get you on your way for your morning journey to whatever you have planned. They even made a takeout exception for us as we had a tour pick up at 8 am. Such wonderful staff, really! Niman area is the best, super walkable...

“The rooms were big so as the bathrooms. We did get the family suite thinking there would only be one room but it turns out it had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. So that was a nice surprise. The place is a bit out of the way. If you can, try to rent a scooter or a car. It would be cheaper imo. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. They were also able to set us up with our Canyoneering tour and airport transportation. I would highly recommend this place. ”
