“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“A great place in a perfect location next to Piccadilly Station - I always stay here for work and leisure. Clean modern rooms and a very good coffee and breakfast buffet for a very low price”

“Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”

“Camera bella e silenziosa in un contesto tranquillo. La tende non oscurano la camera che, dando sul parcheggio illuminato venina illuminata a sua volta redendo difficoltoso prendere sonno. La colazione è carente di dolce e non servono il cappuccino”

“We arrived at hotel a few hours before check in and I was not informed by reception that the spa was being closed early at 4.30pm due to maintenance work. When we checked in at 3pm we were then informed by a different member of staff the spa facilities were being closed early at 5pm, the spa actually closed at 4.30pm. We spent about 45 minutes in the spa before closing. I was not informed of the early closing of the spa facilities by email or phone as I spoke earlier in the week to a member of...
