“There was no variety with breakfast no juice only coffee, only a few pieces of bread and a waffle maker with barely no mix”

“The king suite was nice and large. The room was quiet as well. Room did need to be vacuumed near bed as some residual somethings of notable size were stepped upon. Other than that, a good stay. Breakfast was decent. Parking is plentiful. Staff were pleasant to work with.”

“My check in was at 3pm. I got there early at 11am. I had to pay an additional $ 15 dollars to get a room. The room they gave me smelled like it was flooded. They had a humidifier on the room #211. Both ice machines were out of service. I payed 97 bucks for one night.”

The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? She sounded like she wanted to fight over my question, and started to tell me that there is a lot of people coming like I am not one of them. That woman doesn’t like...

“Have stayed at a couple of other hotels there in Commerce Ga. Didn’t even have an actual breakfast or continuous fan on the air conditioning. Best Western had both. Clean room and grits,eggs,bacon,oatmeal,and pastries for breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. ”

“I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken.”
