“sorry to say the room was dirty. sheets had hairs and had not been replaced. bathroom paper on floor. furniture dusty. cockroaches. We were so tired from traveling 12 hours and so late at night that we just put our coats on top of the sheets to sleep til we could try to get a refund in the morning. unfortunately no refund from the hotel or expedia. ”
