“We stayed for four nights at the end of a 10 day trip. We we so happy to walk in to a clean and comfortable apartment with great climate control, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. The building, pool area, and fitness area are beautiful and in great condition. The building is an easy walk to all the restaurants in Little Italy and the Embarcadero - much more family friendly than the Gas Light Area. “What a great experience! The suite we were given was beautiful and spacious. It also had an amazing view. The communication was always quick. Only downside was the cost to park your vehicle was high, i wish it was included in the price or atleast a discount for stsying multiple nights. Either than that everything was great.”

“it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”
