“My family went to this hotel and we found a lot of issues with the establishment overall. When checking in, if you have a Canadian address, they put your address as a random American address saying their system doesn’t accept the change. The front desk didn’t pick up the phone. And the next day when calling again to ask for extra towels for my kids, the desk told me to come down and get them. The rooms bathroom door would not close as the knob was broken and the shower seemed to have small mold...

“I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and answered any questions we had. We loved the breakfast in the morning too!”

“The hotel needs some deep cleaning but overall it’s fine for a few nights. Breakfast was very good. The area is very Beautiful and nice shops close by. Beds are decent but the pillows are tiny. They seem to be having an issue with their key cards. I needed a new one almost every day. Overall it’s fine and get a low price and close to montage pavilion for a show.”
