“Terrible experience. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and bedding was unacceptable. I canceled immediately at check-in, and staff promised a full refund and said they contacted the property and Expedia. Since then, no refund and no one has reached out. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Highly disappointed.”

The air conditioner was never fixed. in the room. Nor, did I move to the room that was being saved for me. They sold the room to someone else, instead. The management is HORRIBLE!! This African American Female, Solo Traveler was treated inhumane, eleven hours from home.”

“Well lit parking lot, friendly staff, simple breakfast, if you like more than the basics go over to Bob Evins around the corner. Their cranberry juice is excellent at this Inn. One thing i would say is they are always working to improve the property. The carpet in the hall is wet constantly from all the people dripping leaving the pool. “Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! ”

“Continental breakfast was only waffles and bread. Nothing more in the facility could use some updating. rooms were cleaned very well and seemed to be maintained as a clean facility. Just needs some updating.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”
