“It was absolutely ridiculous that this property is charging $10/day to park in their open parking lot. Apparently it is a new system and the staff can't help with it- and it charged me 3 times-necessitating me dealing with contesting through my credit card. Additionally it wanted me to pay again in less than 24 hours. The hotel was not very crowded and even as a Bonvoy member they would not give me a check out later than noon- which prevented my son (who was at a sporting event) from being able...

However, the hotel itself and the room we were given is old and run down. Our room, bedding and towels smelled of mold and disinfectant. One set of sheets looked dirty and stained. “Our room was an updated room. I can tell it was an older hotel, but it is being maintained well. I only interacted with the front desk staff and they were pretty nice. The view was amazing from our balcony. We spent some time at the outdoor pool and it was okay. A few of the lounge chairs were broken but we made due. Kids were still diving into the pool even though signs say not to, but we still managed to have a good hangout. No real complaints. The beach was right outside the hotel so...
