“The condo itself was nice but definitely could use some general maintenance and cleaning. Safe was not workable; doors (bathroom and general entry) have not been cleaned for some time. Spider webs in window corners. Bedroom drawers fell out. Showerhead water was very slow”

“Everything was terrible totally filthy no housekeeping had to get your own towels made us wait till 4 to get our room while several other people checked in had to take out your own garbage room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty told us they didn’t have any other room for us to exchange for what we paid everyone was rude very unprofessional I think they should refund my money this was the worst hotel I have ever booked in Myrtle Beach and they acted like we were nobody and didn’t care we also...

“It’s a great property for families. Full kitchen is so helpful. You can’t get to the floors with rooms without a designated key card, so it makes it feel safer. Walking distance to a lot of places and the boardwalk accessibility is so great!”

“The building is very old and run down. The door to the room barely closed, and the AC unit was outdated. Only one person could shower at a time—if you tried to shower after someone else, there was no hot water. The room smelled musty. The only good thing was that the staff was pleasant.”

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

“The codes changed and were never communicated. We had to call three times to get a new code to either the building or the room. We had 7 people in a room and towels are not refreshed. Yes is stated once you check in but I was never told of this before booking. Who wants to use the same towel for five days! The ceiling was leaking there is mold on the bathroom.
