“L'unica cosa positiva è il personale (Tiffany e Juan e quella del mattino che non so il nome), molto gentile e disponibile per risolvere i problemi. Il resto pessimo è dire poco. La stanza puzzava di fumo nonostante fosse non fumatori. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere frigo, microonde e anche le pulizie, che sono solo a richiesta. La pulizia pessima, la moquette sporca e con buchi, c'erano oggetti del precedente ospite. La colazione meno che discreta. Onestamente non ci tornerei. ”

“Thank you for being kind and helpful when I check in it was very quick. The housekeeper lady was very nice she cleaned the bathroom and was very respectful with our belongings. They just have to clean a little bit more the bathroom door, window and bottom of the toilet. ”

Diane was great at check-in. When our TV system wasn't working, she came to our room, personally, and tried to fix it. It didn't get fixed till the following evening so she gave us a small discount on our room. It was great to feel heard.
There were some nice choices for the breakfast. Very convenient.
I loved that we were able to walk to the beach from the property. Tired of driving!

“Family friendly hotel! The staff was very nice and the area was clean around the hotel and we felt safe.The room was also nice and clean and spacious for my family. I love that they had the option of a crib so we didn’t have to bring ours. The breakfast was amazing! It was so fresh and a good amount of options for it being a free breakfast. The staff was so kind in the dinning area as well. I would definitely stay here again! :) and it was close to Disneyland which was a perk!”
