The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. “We had such an excellent stay. It was perfect for our large family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Excellent communication, as we got locked out (our fault) and we messaged the host and within 5 minutes they were there helping us get back in! We will use the house again in the future!”

“This house is very clean, modern, and well equipped with all of the essentials. Family friendly with games, high chair, pack and play, etc.Parking in a dedicated lot easy keypad lock in make coming and going a breeze. It is located on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.”
