They went a few minutes over, wasn’t that big of a deal but a little inconvenient having to wait, as there really isn’t anywhere to sit and wait. “Horrible stains surprisingly discovered on the bedroom mattress when sheets were removed. Appearance of clean and modern condition ruined by chemical stains on kitchen towels and bathroom floor. Outdoor areas had full trash cans with dried yard debris, apparently left a long time.”

The scariest part was the property was double booked and we arrived back home to the door wide open (next guest given same code). Huge safety red flag.
