“L'unica cosa positiva è il personale (Tiffany e Juan e quella del mattino che non so il nome), molto gentile e disponibile per risolvere i problemi. Il resto pessimo è dire poco. La stanza puzzava di fumo nonostante fosse non fumatori. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere frigo, microonde e anche le pulizie, che sono solo a richiesta. La pulizia pessima, la moquette sporca e con buchi, c'erano oggetti del precedente ospite. La colazione meno che discreta. Onestamente non ci tornerei. ”

Diane was great at check-in. When our TV system wasn't working, she came to our room, personally, and tried to fix it. It didn't get fixed till the following evening so she gave us a small discount on our room. It was great to feel heard.
There were some nice choices for the breakfast. Very convenient.
I loved that we were able to walk to the beach from the property. Tired of driving!

“I had a really tough travel day and didn’t get there till after midnight. They’d already checked me in and made the process as seamless as possible so I could go straight to bed. The room was clean, cool, and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for the couple days I stayed.”
