Hotel vicino a Ball Park Road Recreation Center - Lexington

“The property was fine. No complaints. However, the breakfast was disappointing. I must have gluten free and the only item was a yogurt. I have always had some options at other Holiday Inn properties. That is one of the reasons we chose your site. Very disappointed because you advertise breakfast but don’t indicate it does not include people who need gluten free options.”

“Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”

“The checkin and checkout process was great because the staff was friendly. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and needs attention. The was no way to plug the bathtub.”

“Decent place to spend a night, but very run-down beyond normal wear. The state health department shut down their hot tub.”

“The bad part about my stay was that the stairs are on the outside of the building. It was pouring down rain when I arrived. The man in the kiosk at the front desk told me my room was on the 2nd floor but told me the wrong building. So after dragging my bag upstairs in the rain, I had to turn around and go back downstairs in the rain walk to the next building outside in the rain and upstairs to the 2nd floor again. I was drenched and exhausted.”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. I needed to iron a shirt but the ironing board cover was torn up and held on to the board by a small strip of duct tape. There was mold in...

“Pool was closed, rooms need complete renovation. Had to switch rooms as bed was unmade and tub drain was clogged. Second room bed was better, tub drain still slow. Furniture needs cleaning. Breakfast was waffles, bread, yogurt and cereal. Not close to a buffett!. Entire hotel needs renovation to be completed. 5 out of 6 icemakers defective or missing.”

“I was pleasantly pleased from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. The lobby/dining/bar area was very nicely decorated and had a warm homey feeling. All the staff were superb..., friendly, helpful, positive, etc.. Room was exceptionally clean. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The morning coffee in the lobby was very good..., just wished breakfast had been included without extra charge. I am sure it would have been excellent. I would definitely stay here again.”
