Hotel a Baltimore

“The ac is super loud inside the room like it was heavy raining outside and I couldn’t sleep all night until i turned off the a/c.”

“For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

“The hotel is very old & run down unfortunately. The beds have probably never been replaced and we had to adjust our bodies accordingly to try to avoid the springs in the bed from poking us. The staff didn’t speak English very well, from the front desk to the cleaning people. I tried to ask them a few questions before giving up unfortunately. It was clean though. “Very pleasant”

“The property is not taken care of. There was a dead bug in our bathroom. The toilet was stained. The pool had things floating all in it and was unbearably hot when you walked into the pool area. All in all, would never come back. The elevator sounded like someone was manually moving it. Terrifying.”

“Rooms are small and outdated. It’s a great location to the quant town, however the beds are uncomfortable, pillows lack definition and honestly expected better for it being such a popular spot”
