“Pool and breakfast were great. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night at 5am due to low battery. Unfortunately when we called the front desk and went to the front desk no one was there for a few minutes and then instead of staff replacing battery my husband was given a random battery found hoping it would work. Not one speck of dust or random hair in the bathroom (y’all know what I’m talking about!). This was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. “The staff during our entire stay were helpful, professional and kind. The property was well maintained and the staff cleaning our room each day did an exceptional job. My only complaint is that the area around the pool near the chairs was at times filthy. There were numerous cigarette butts that were on the ground in the same place for our entire stay. That would not deter us from coming back to the property again. We love Holiday Inn and Suites Clearwater.”
