Hotel vicino a Bartley Ranch Park - Reno

“Buyer beware!!!!! This place is awful! I reserved a 2 queen room and at check in they gave me a king bed only, did not tell me they switched it and when I showed them my reservation they told me it was my fault despite the reservation clearly showing 2 queens! When the manager arrived on scene she told me the hotel was full and they had no other rooms and that I had to take what they gave me! Wow!!!!! So don’t trust them! Staff was absolutely awful! “Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!”

“Staff at frontdesk (young guy) was very rude and not professional, argue with guests. They didn't provide the room that we booked, give room that is less in value. Pool and breakfast not provided during our stay but no notification before and no refund. Terrible experience.”

“Spacious room given to us two bathrooms and 2 separate rooms which was awesome, clean but a little outdated Friendly staff, breakfast ( continental) not bad and clean kitchen ”

“The hot tub is closed down for a year with no warning on Expedia. The rooms heater/air conditioners stink. We had to switch rooms after check in as it smelled so bad. The bedding is old and the pillows were not supportive. Not worth the price. ”
