“Clean, safe, room clean and service is excellent ”

“For such a great hotel &casino - I got really unlucky with a defective or broken AC/Fan unit - it kept me up all night for two nights rattling and coughing up these ratchet noises. My only option was to turn it off completely which made the room stuffy and hot. For $1,000 dollars, I definitely got the short end of the stick. Very expensive trip for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and I’m leaving early because I couldn’t stand another night like that. I hope you folks can fix the AC/Fan unit...

“Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!”

“Buyer beware!!!!! This place is awful! I reserved a 2 queen room and at check in they gave me a king bed only, did not tell me they switched it and when I showed them my reservation they told me it was my fault despite the reservation clearly showing 2 queens! When the manager arrived on scene she told me the hotel was full and they had no other rooms and that I had to take what they gave me! Wow!!!!! So don’t trust them! Staff was absolutely awful! It was so bad I cancelled my reservation and...

“Staff at frontdesk (young guy) was very rude and not professional, argue with guests. They didn't provide the room that we booked, give room that is less in value. Pool and breakfast not provided during our stay but no notification before and no refund. Terrible experience.”

“The worst experience ever!!!! Will never stay here again. In fact we had to check out of the room early and lose our money because we can’t even sleep at all. There’s some kind of violence going on next door and the people were screaming and yelling and slamming door until 5:30am. You can hear the phone ring in the next room and the whole conversation. When we opened the patio door and there are homeless people walking around. It’s kind of scary to stay there. Stay away.”

“Clean bathroom, well kept”

“Several plugs & switches in our room did not work. I requested a 1st floor room, was told that the hotel had an elevator. Got to the hotel, they do not have an elevator and I was put in a 2nd floor room.”

“Nicely renovated hotel that accommodates dogs, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are cute, but very small. Shower has glass walls so your partner can watch you I guess. Loud AC, but is better than no AC. Only has a tea kettle and instant coffee in the room, but it was good. ”

“Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance.”
