“We loved this hotel. It was super clean and smelled amazing! Food was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe. “The breakfast was great. There was some confusion regarding the room deposit and with parking. We were double charged for parking which had to be corrected. The room deposit was deducted 3 different times from our credit card which is suppose to be refunded next week.”

Staff was great, the snacks and stuff available at the front was convenient, breakfast was good, didn't use the bar but it looked like it would have been fun, and the places to hang out downstairs were really cool. The only thing that kept it from being five stars was how hot the elevators and hallways on the room floors were.”

“Overall, I had a good stay at the Element Reno. The location was convenient, breakfast was solid, and the bar was a nice bonus. I also appreciated having access to the guest washer and dryer, which is especially helpful when traveling. The only downsides were finding hair from a previous guest in the shower and discovering that the pool was unavailable, apparently due to renovations. I wasn’t able to find any signage or notice about the closure, so a little more communication would have been...
